The Music Valley Ballroom is an unique event space located in Nashville Music Valley Opryland.  This location has hosted musicial showcases, record release parties, corporate dinners, luncheons, corporate brunch, sales meetings, wedding ceremonies, wedding receptions, family reunions, graduation parties, holiday parties, theme parties, or can host any type of private event.  We take pride in our old-fashioned Southern Hospitality that Nashville is famous for.  Accommodation is 165-200 guests, and with the flip of adjoining "Multi Purpose Flex Room" guest count can increase to 225 seated guests, or 250-260 standing social cocktail, networking events.

Weddings and Special Events Planner

We take pride in our old-fashioned Southern Hospitality that Nashville is famous for when we Plan and Coordinate Events. We have done weddings as large as over 1400 guest, and Conferences "much larger" with Senators and Nashville Dignitaries in attendance, and wedding parties as large as 42 attendants; weddings as small as 50 guest and 2 attendants. Worked with bride/attorney residing in another state - planning their wedding with 3 face-to-face meetings, as well as planned weddings and events whereas the event was done with "never" meeting the requestor/bride until the day before the affair.

We have worked with overseas bride/groom, while we are in Tennessee and the wedding in Kentucky, or else where and (everything has gone off without a hitch) see bride testimonial words. Worked with Canadian and Ireland brides that were relocating from other countries, and there were no face-to-face meeting, all communications were done through email, social media, telephone, and our online galleries. Additional accommodations for the Ireland bride was wedding gown alterations with measurements "only". The gown was ready upon her arrival to the USA according to specification, with no adjustments necessary. We have also dealt with, and resolve emergencies, such as having had a groom to decease three days prior to his wedding date, we have graciously and professionally dealt with many situations as a pro.  Of course, as well as work with our local community corporate entities, and amazing local brides with their fashion style, and fabulous event visions.

We welcome your request!  We work with "every" budget.  Nothing is to big, nor to small for us.
